As a Sepsis survivor, I lost my hands and legs in 2013 but recovered enough to set up the amputee charity Finding Your Feet and guide others on the difficult journey. It now runs 80 clubs per month promoting health, fitness and well-being to those faced with limb difference and amputation. Ensuring everyone is encouraged to be independent, self confident and able rather than disabled. I still take on challenges and push myself hard to achieve things people don’t expect me to. They’ve very kindly given me loads of awards and titles but encouraging Troopers to be the best they can be is the most rewarding.
